Terms of Service for HoodieOEM

Effective Date: February 13, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.hoodieoem.com or engaging in a manufacturing partnership with HoodieOEM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and business clients who use our services.

2. Manufacturing & Customization Services

As a one-stop custom hoodie manufacturer, we provide production services based on client specifications (Tech Packs).

• Sample Approval: Production begins only after the client approves the physical or digital sample.

• Production Lead Times: Estimated lead times are provided at the time of deposit. While we strive for punctuality, lead times may vary due to raw material availability or seasonal demand.

• Quality Standards: We adhere to the agreed-upon technical specifications. Minor variations in fabric shade or measurements (within industry-standard tolerances) may occur.

3. Order & Payment Terms

• Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Payment Schedule: Standard terms require a deposit (e.g., 30%–50%) to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once raw materials have been purchased or production has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property (IP)

• Client Designs: You retain all rights to the designs, logos, and tech packs provided to us. We will only use these assets to fulfill your orders.

• Manufacturing Confidentiality: We agree not to disclose your proprietary designs to third parties or other clients.

• Showcasing: Unless explicitly restricted in writing, we reserve the right to display non-sensitive photos of finished products in our portfolio to demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

• Terms: Most orders are processed under FOB (Free On Board) or EXW (Ex Works) terms unless otherwise negotiated.

• Responsibility: Risk of loss or damage passes to the client once the goods are handed over to the carrier. We recommend all clients secure transit insurance for bulk shipments.

6. Claims & Returns

• Inspection Period: Clients must inspect goods within 15 days of receipt.

• Defects: Claims for manufacturing defects must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective items or a proportional refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

HoodieOEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits) arising from delays in shipping, customs seizures, or third-party logistics issues.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HoodieOEM is registered. Any disputes shall be settled through professional arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
